I am a master culinary innovator with over 17 years of experience in the restaurant and packaged goods industry, driving innovation and product development. One of my most notable career accomplishments was my 13-year role as Chief Innovation Officer at Juice Press, an 88-store chain. With over a decade crafting innovative offerings for Juice Press, my journey has led me to a new horizon—an avenue where my impact can be deeply personal. Now, I'm devoted to bringing my culinary artistry directly to individuals as a private chef, curating unparalleled experiences tailored to their desires.

My culinary style is deeply influenced by my Mexican roots and inspired by a tapestry of influences from Indian, Middle Eastern, and Asian cuisines, my culinary philosophy revolves around whole, plant-based foods. This philosophy seamlessly integrates with my expertise, particularly evident in my ability to craft exceptional dishes within the realms of vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free cuisine. I take immense pride in sourcing the freshest, organic, locally-sourced, ethically-raised ingredients, and I emphasize sustainability whenever possible.
